Through Literary Ladle, I offer written and video book reviews for children’s, young adult, and adult books. Each review is created to help readers understand what makes the book special, who it may appeal to, and why it is worth discovering.
I only accept a limited number of books at a time so I can give each one the attention it deserves.
What Your Review May Include
Depending on the package you choose, your feature may include:
- A written review published on my author website
- A dedicated video review on my Literary Ladle YouTube channel
- Your book cover, author bio, and purchase links
- A closer look at the book’s themes, characters, voice, pacing, and reader appeal
- Promotional graphics you can share on social media
- Respectful, constructive feedback when appropriate
What I Look for in Each Book
My reviews are written with the reader in mind. I consider:
- Who the book is best suited for
- What makes the story or subject stand out
- The book’s emotional heart, message, humor, or unique hook
- Its potential appeal to families, educators, librarians, book clubs, or general readers
- Comparable titles or read-alike suggestions when they are helpful
Review Options and Pricing
Choose the review option that best fits your book and your goals. Pricing varies based on the type of book and the level of promotion included.
Adult authors may also choose the full Adult Book Review Package, which includes a written website review, a Literary Ladle YouTube review, and custom social media graphics.
The adult package is currently available for $280, regularly $400.
Before You Purchase
Before purchasing, briefly tell me about your book, its genre, and what you hope to receive from the review. I’ll confirm availability and send the submission details.
All reviews reflect my honest reading experience. Purchasing a review does not guarantee a positive review, rating, or endorsement.
Because I reserve reading and production time for each author, all sales are final. Should I be unable to complete your review, you will receive a full refund.
